SUO GROUP 8 CHALLENGE #1

I belong to a marvelous & talented group, consisting of 20 Stampin' Up Demonstrators, aka SUO Group 8. We use only Stampin' Up products on our Blogs (i.e., "SUO"). Our first challenge was to case something from the new Stampin' Up IBC by Thursday. Yes, I had this challenge done last night, but was too tired to post. I was doing a birthday project for my sister, and when I finished, decided to use the challenge to make her birthday card. This card is cased from page 121, of the SU IBC.

RECIPE:

Stamps: Card Games and On Your Birthday

Card stock: More Mustard, Ballet Blue, Real Red, Old Olive, & W. White
along with Jackpot Designer Series Paper (Heart)

Ink: StazOn Black

Accessories: Chipboard Heart, Brad, Dimensionals, & Markers

Yes, my sister is a card player and all other games out on the market. I only changed one tiny thing on this card: I used a Real Red card stock layer on the More Mustard base instead of another layer of the More Mustard. I thought the red just added more "fun" to the card.

Thank you for the Challenge Jackie!! I love challenges, and next time I will be a little more timely instead of waiting until the last day.

Thanks for stopping by and take a few minutes to check out the other blogs in our group listed in the right panel!!
