Personally as a demonstrator, I love being able to make a difference by sharing what I love and spending time with friends at my events and those sponsored by Stampin' Up. Now is the time to join the Stampin' Up team. Just click on the "E-mail Me" link on the right to find out more and make this happen!!
In honor of the celebration, I picked out one of my very favorite stamp sets from the past and had fun making a card for my granddaughter's birthday party last Tuesday. This stamp set fit her personality to a "T" -- I thought of it immediately when I got ready to make her card. I'm not going to tell you what the name of the stamp set is or what product I used -- I WANT YOU TO GUESS!! Just remember it is not a current set -- that's the only hint you get! Submit your guess in a comment below and I will pick a winner next week. No, you are NOT going to win the stamp set -- I wouldn't give it up for any amount of money. But I will send you the card and a little surprise.
So, GAME ON, here is the card:
One of my most very favorite Stampin' Up stamp sets!!! Can you guess the name? Extra credit if you guess the year!! |

Love this card....my guess would be "Haute Coutre" 2005-2006
ReplyDeleteI know! I know! Haute Coutre, 2005 (that's when I started!) wow, how time flies...
ReplyDeleteHaute Couutre! And this is a goorgeous card!
ReplyDeleteLove the card ...Haute Couture! Everyone loved that set and it was and is so stylish. TFS
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Creations! It's Haute Couture! I still have mine! TFS! ;-)
ReplyDeleteHaute couture 2005...I still have purple rubber sets too...
ReplyDeleteLooks like this stamp set: Haute couture 2005
ReplyDeleteThe ribbon looks like: Satin Stitched Cherry Cobbler
The plain ribbon looks like: 7/8" natural cotton ribbon
Love how you added some rhinestones for a little bling:)
Haute Couture - used it for years!
ReplyDeleteHaute Couture (2005-06)
ReplyDeleteAnd on the inside - Trust God (introduced in the current catalog 2012-13)
and Happiest Birthday Wishes (hostess set from last IB&C 2011-12)
Okay, I'd say I'm an overachiever, but truthfully, I couldn't place the stamp from Trust God and had to figure it out. I was pleased to find out it's current :)
I feel like I should know where the flourish comes from - but I can't remember and a search has yielded nothing so far.
Wow ... you absolutely rocked this card using the haute couture stamp set. What a transformation from the 205-2006 catalog ... Stampin' Up is still bringing it in 2013!! Just imagine where we will be in another 10 years!!!
ReplyDeleteI guess Haute Cauture has the vote 2005-06. I knew as soon as I seen it because you used it before I think also on a card for Granddaughter because it fit her so well. Also because you loved to water color this set, which you always do such a great job, something I cannot do.
ReplyDeleteNow, this is my kind of card! I'd even color it like you did!! Obviously, I don't have this stamp set--darn. It might be called "Style" and the year is probably 2000.
ReplyDeletep.s. I didn't look at anybody else's answers & won't until we hear back from you.
Love, Eva
